We do our best to make things easy and transparent for our customers. All parts ship free, and we aim to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please note that all sales are final, so we encourage you to double-check product details before purchasing. If you accidentally order the wrong part, we’re happy to help — you can return it for credit toward the correct item (if we carry it), or for store credit with a small restocking fee if we don’t. Appointment deposits are non-refundable, and rescheduling requires a new booking and deposit. If you have any questions, we’re just a message away and always happy to help.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept any returns on our products unless there is damage. If there is damage please call 678-699-9732 to discuss options. Georgia's Vending Repair Center sells used and refurbished vending machines and parts. Make sure you purchase the correct items to meet your individual needs. By using this site you the customer agrees that you have read and understand the description of all equipment and that if items are purchased from this site all sales are final and no refunds will be given for any reason.
BOOKING/APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
By choosing an exact time, that does not guarantee you that timing. There will be a surcharge if the Atlanta area after 1PM, if requested by the customer. We understand your time is very valuable to you, and in an effort to respect your time and that of our clients, cancellations are subject to forfeit their deposit fee. Rescheduling consists of re-booking and a new deposit fee is applied.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All parts are shipped with a fee for shipping and handling. Once your order is made you can expect a delivery within 2-3 weeks or sooner. If you need them sooner feel free to call us to setup overnight shipping for a fee. If part is in stock, you can also utilize our shop pickup option. Appointment needs to be made in order to pick up your part. By picking up your part, you are voiding the warranty.
PARTS ORDERED BY MISTAKE
All parts are final sale. There are no refunds. If we fail in ordering the correct part, we will reorder your part. Should the customer order the wrong part, there will be no refund. Sale of parts are final.
